Some recent projects I have worked on in the Ottawa area. I originally started recording punk rock and hardcore records in a basement in Orleans nearly 15 years ago. DIY recordings only got me so far in my young teen years and ended up visiting a professional studio for the first time when I was 14 years old. After that I was hooked.
I’ve spent the last 10 years working on projects in Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Los Angeles & New York. I’ve recorded albums ranging in musical styles from punk rock to world. In addition to recording, mixing and producing records I work in radio & television production. Some production credits include work for BBC, CBC, Rogers Sportsnet and The Toronto Blue Jays. For over 8 years I oversaw all programming on one of Canada’s most successful community radio stations, CKCU 93.1 FM, and began teaching audio production for Carleton University’s School Of Journalism & Communication, and Applied Audio Recording at The Audio Recording Academy (TARA).
